Carasol®, a process for rapidly identifying the nature of excavated materials.
Its process enables rapid, reliable analysis of pollutants present in excavated materials, in particular metals and metalloids found in the geological layers crossed by tunnel boring machines. Excavated soils can be analyzed in various forms: pasty (TBM sludge), rock and fractional soils.
Carasol® provides a complete and reliable analysis in less than an hour, whether for work in dense urban areas or large-scale earthworks, where conventional characterization tests would take a week.
How does it work?
The Carasol® process is a truly mobile laboratory, equipped with the latest environmental chemistry technologies and integrated into the site's operational quality management process. It adapts to customer requirements and site needs:
- Sample collection
- Material analysis in less than an hour: fluorides, sulfates, arsenic, lead, hydrocarbons, etc.
- Soil control program tailored to production rates,
- Decision support and recommendations for the operator.
A project?
Carasol® provides a complete, safe analysis in less than 1 hour, whether you're working in dense urban areas or on major earthworks.
