Alexia, who is on a work-study programme at the Line 15 construction site and studying at UniLaSalle Amiens, has been working alongside Christopher, the site manager at Pont de Bondy station, for 17 years at Eiffage. Her role is to support him, passing on some of her knowledge and answering any questions she may have on a day-to-day basis. Alexia first came across Eiffage Civil Engineering through a work placement when she was studying for her engineering degree.

Each trainee is accompanied by a tutor, in accordance with an internship agreement signed by all parties concerned: representatives of the school and the company, the tutor and the trainee.
Every year, we offer a wide range of exciting topics for final year projects (PFE) and final year assignments (TFE). These are posted from October on our dedicated website: jobs.eiffage.com.

Noah, 20, is in his second year of a BTS in Construction Economics and Management at Ecotem College and is working on a work-study scheme at the iconic EPR2 construction site alongside Benoît, his mentor. Benoît’s role is to introduce Noah to the world of business and construction and to help him develop his skills on a daily basis.

Each student is supervised by a tutor, and monitored by an employment coordinator. Eiffage Génie Civil has long been convinced of the benefits of tutoring, and has many tutors in its ranks.

They contribute to the transmission of the company's know-how and interpersonal skills. They also ensure that new recruits integrate smoothly into the company's teams.
