Since 2014, Eiffage Fondations has been deploying its brand in the world of foundations. Our projects are carried out in accordance with the rules of the art, with respect for the city, local residents and the environment. Our technical expertise and ability to complete projects on schedule make Eiffage Fondations a reliable and solid partner. We are also ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 and MASE certified.
We are able to carry out all types of special foundation work, and have particular expertise in :
- Underpinning and foundations: cast walls, grab and cutter bars, grouted walls for waterproofing or temporary underpinning, foundation piles and micropiles, secant, abutting, tangent or berlinois piles, tie rods, nails or umbrella vaults, shotcrete walls.
- Soil improvement: reinforcement and sealing injections, filling injections, jet grouting.

A cutting-edge design office
Eiffage Fondations has an in-house design office for the dimensioning of geotechnical structures.
It is equipped with powerful hardware incorporating the latest generation software.
In addition to its own resources, Eiffage Fondations draws on the skills and expertise available within Eiffage Génie Civil, in particular the BIEP (in-house technical design office), the technical and expertise department (comprising a pool of experts), and the materials laboratory.
State-of-the-art equipment
Our equipment depots are located in Lucé, near Chartres, for the northern part of France, and in Saint-Étienne, for the southern part.
They are equipped with mechanical repair workshops, and our mechanics are mobile throughout France. Eiffage Fondations has its own state-of-the-art equipment to meet the technical challenges of major foundation projects:
- 5 complete workshops capable of producing cast walls from 500 to 1,800 mm thick, at depths of up to 80 m in constrained environments
- 3 30-80 ton pile drilling machines equipped with hollow, kelly or double-rotation augers.
- 1 automated liquid mortar production plant.
- Small-diameter drilling rigs ranging from 1 to 25 tonnes.
- Hydraulic shovels equipped with drilling slides
- Shotcrete workshops
- 1 jet grouting workshop
