Because we believe that sharing our teams’ expertise, supporting our interns and enriching their curriculum is fundamental :
- We develop special relationships with our partner schools.
- We take part every year in a number of forums organized by schools and local authorities all over France.
- We take on nearly 800 trainees per year in our teams (design & engineering – works – support) in France and worldwide.

We offer long and short-term internships during your university course, gap-year, and graduation projects (PFE/TFE) in the fields of engineering works, technical studies, pricing studies, finance, human resources, quality, safety, or environmental issues.

At Eiffage Génie Civil we welcome interns at all levels from CAP to engineering school and beyond (Masters and PhD). The company offers a diversified range of internships to suit all aspirations.

Each intern is mentored by a tutor who features in the internship agreement signed by all parties (representatives of the school and company, school and company tutors and the intern).

We have established privileged relationships with our partner engineering schools (ESTP, ENSAM, Écoles Centrales, Écoles des Mines, INSA and the École Polytechnique) university institutes of technology (IUT) and general and technical high schools throughout France.

On this occasion, the engineering students had the opportunity to talk to Guillaume Sauvé, Simon Chamoret and alumni members of the Ponts ambassador network about their career paths, their training projects and career prospects within Eiffage.

This 5th place is accompanied by Happy Trainees accreditation for this year 2023: a label that aims to evaluate the experience of interns and alternates within their host company.
