The first tunnel boring machine for our Market 15 East-1 has been received
This Friday, November 21, 2025, we took delivery of the third tunnel boring machine intended for the excavation of the future Grand Paris Express Line 15 East, and the first for the Bobigny – Champigny Centre section, at the German manufacturer Herrenknecht AG's factory.
In early 2026, the tunnel boring machine will arrive on site in Bobigny (93), at the Normandie Niémen structure, to be progressively assembled.
In spring, it will begin its southward excavation, tunneling just over 5 kilometers towards the Marcel Dassault ancillary structure, north of the Rosny Bois-Perrier station (93).
In total, 4 tunnel boring machines are planned for this contract.
Thank you to our partners Demathieu Bard, Setec, and Arcadis!
