The Épinal white water stadium, installed by Eiffage Génie Civil, received its first water launch
On the banks of the Moselle, the white water stadium in the town of Epinal received its first watering, an operation that marks a turning point in the project after more than 8 months of work.
As a reminder, this facility will host national and international canoe-kayaking competitions as well as training for firefighters on the risks of drowning and flooding thanks to the technical platform.
The 200 m long and 10 m wide course is powered by 3 Archimedes screws with an adjustable flow rate of 3 to 12 m3 per second! A treadmill will allow kayakers to go back to the start.
